Pretty cool take on the theme! we don't see as many platformers where the character feels so heavy and much less athletic than the average platformer hero, that's a nice spin.

I like how it feels more like a puzzle where you have to figure out the right sequence of actions for each part as you keep going down. Once there were fire spiners and a ton of spikes I found it a bit frustrating so that's where I gave up.

Good job!

Nice! I liked how the eating/get fat mechanic made you think ahead about picking the precise food for each situation (in other words, eating just enough), the addition of weights made for more ingenious levels at the end.

Movement was a bit stiff, though, fine for the simpler stages, but I had some difficulties on some finicky jumps, especially on the last level where it took me a bit to jump the last little gap while being "level 3 fat". Maybe this jump's difficulty was intentional, but on that one I almost thought I was doing the puzzle wrong.

That said, it's a fun and quick puzzle platformer!

Nice and simple 'arcade 'dodging" game, especially Home which, simple as it is, makes for a good challenge, sometimes having to take more risky mouse moves because you're running out of nearby 'logs'.
It's also appealing in terms of visuals, a good (and not so obvious) example of how to make a good use of simple shapes and colors .

Did the music inspire some of the game or was it more of a later fitting addition?

StuffedWombat responds:

thanks :D

I made the games & then spend some time looking for fitting music. :D

Neat Point'n Click!
I liked the artstyle and surreal scenery, which is pretty appropiated for such a variety of puzzles, the different mechanics and gadgets kept them fresh.
Some of my favourites were the one with the Medusa and the one with the Vampire (took me a bit to figure that one out!) on the latter stages a few were slightly overwhelming at first glance, but never too cryptic that I'd put it down.
Good job!

Neat demake!
I found it responsive and satisfying, but It does start out pretty relentless on the amount of obstacles thrown at the player, it made me wish that the jumping was a bit more similar to Ghouls n' Ghosts in that Leon could have had a slightly slower fall, as there are many obstacles where the window to get through was reaally narrow because of brief air-time.
That said, checkpoints were on point and it was a fun byte-sized challenge.

Thanks! I'm gonna message with the jump a bit, it still doesn't work exactly as I want. I like GnG's fixed jump. No turning in the air. Hmm...

Who puts deadly spikes inside of a balloon castle!?
Game logic aside, coolibert jam submission!
Pretty simple in the platforming-bouncing aspect, but the inflating scenario was a fun twist that achieved pretty well the concept of the jam. It did make me wish that there were more times where you actually wanted the castle to inflate enough so that you could achieve some jumps, though.

Also I appreciate the intro with dialogs, it's not a common sight on jam games.

Pretty fun execution of a simple control scheme that gets really challenging due to the evolving level design. this goes especially for the levels where you're forced to make sharp turns, or even learn how to lower your overall speed by rotating on a particular rhythm or boosting on the opposite way for lack of a 'brake' command.
I liked how unique the boss levels were. I managed to get to the snake boss which I found pretty brutal as an endurance, but seems manageable with enough practice and patience.
Good work!

Thanks! I made the Master Coil a little easier, it seems like lots of people are getting stuck there.

Nice introduction, it has a misterious atmosphere and the hand painted backgrounds were a neat addition!
I only had a little gameplay issue with the bird, where I had figured out what to do, but it took me a bit to figure out how to execute that action in particular, since the bird escapes depending on how you approach.

Even if the project is not continued, I'll be looking forward to further adventure projects!

Nice arcade-style game, one could wish for a bit more of animation on the sheep, but design-wise, it's a fun timing game, I liked how the multiple 'velcro' platforms had varied types of movement which made for a good challenge climbing up; lateral movement is really limited, but it does help sometimes and it's also encouranging to rely more on a well timed jump.

Niice, good job on one more fun and creatively desgined quiz!!
Even being familiar with the original quizes, It took me a while to figure out a few of them (the duck one was my favourite), also I liked that 'meta' question regarding the appeal of a 'Flash' (an actual .swf!) in late 2017.
I managed to reach the end; didn't figure out the last bit with the lights, but I'll be back!

Also, looking forward to the Halloween special (the question doesn't count!...or maybe it does...)...

Splapp-me-do responds:

Thanks so much! Who knows... maybe a halloween special could happen!

Helloe! I'm a 2D Animator from Chile, and sometimes Game Developer (actually, Newgrounds got me into animation!) I post some personal cartoons and drawings every once in a while! Cheese and lizards are cool too. Bzzzztt!!
