woah you're amazing!
Long review here!
This game got me for a long while!, and i feel like doing a 'structured' review!
>Graphics: simple yet effective, the expressions of the figures were amazing and gave a lot of tension to the game, specially when the timer is up and you don't know if your buliding will make it.
>Coding: Nearly perfect, physichs are pretty well done, and i didn't found any glitches.
>Sound: Those spawning "HUHs" were funny to hear.
I also liked how you changed the sounds according to the size of the figure.
>Music: Nice-to-hear tracks, but it could have been better with a loop. (althought it was stylish to play songs as a reward after finishing a part)
>Strategy Factor : (had to put something like this since this is a 'puzzle game') Insane, because in the last levels (like lv 35) you have to make things that the game never talks you about (like playing with the timing of the falling figures or the fact that you can stack squares over circles if you have enough precision).
>Dificulty : Nicely done, since the last levels demand some twisted logic + timing.
although I'm stuck in level 39 :( , it would be cool if you make a walkthrough, atleast with the finished structures,
Sooo congrats for getting frontpage + awards, i expect this to appear in the monthly list :) !!!
You get a Super 10 because i had F U N.
Amazing!!
lthose messages on things that had nothing to do with the game were really funny!
also the way you shown the last part of the story was perfect!, all that philosophy you created about the 'system' and the battle between control and freedom, it's probably one of the deepest things i have seen in a flash game!
i'm glad to see this on frontpage!, I applaud!
a little bug'
in level 37, i jumped behind the turret on the right to grab it, but i hitted the wall in the jump and i got teleported to the exit beneath the floor, btw loved the game!
Oh yes!!
i am really enjoying this amazing tribute to newgrounds, the art is perfect, a great moves variety for each character that don't will get me bored, a "Smash Bros ripoff" as you said , simply a masterpiece.
Haha, I was being sarcastic about that last bit, but thanks nonetheless.
YYyeah
don't finished it, the pizza guy was too hard...
anyway it's a really cool game, a lot of work there, and i liked the way you made the story.
Yeah, really cool stuff!
i loved the crazy style of the game, a great variety of stages, nice animation, really good music selection according the stages (heh, that bonus stage theme! ).
the difficult was a bit unbalanced, the first boss for me was more hard than the last one, but the unlimited continues made it possible without start again, i enjoyed playing all those diferent levels!
it's ok for a quick game.
i liked the ambient, and the interesing mechanisms of the levels, but it needs background music or something.
anyway, not a bad game.
Yeah!,saved the castle!
one of the best games i have played here, it's very cool how it makes you work the reflexes, the last stage was really hard, but not so much, the difficulty was perfect.
graphics were amazing, i applaud.
yeeah!
when i saw that "46x46 preview picture" it looked like an ugly "first movie with sticks", then i saw it. I was wrong.
i loved the menu dance with the music!, and the variety of deaths made it funny to explore.
good work!
thanks the music is from Crash Bandicoot
