Oh.
Hi there Mr Mullod!
Urh-Pointiers.
I just read your 'New' and felt like giving some pointiers :P
-the body has too many straight lines, they're okay for some parts like the arms, but you may add some curved lines here and there in the body, to make it look more 'natural'.
-that Goomba fellow doesn't look like being stepped-over by Mario, you may put him 'a little more up' and with part of Mario's feet over it, or try other things.
-About the shading, a suggestion is to put an imaginary light source on the drawing. that way you will know which parts get light and which ones are in shadows (probably not the best explanation...just look for a shading tutorial).
Anyway, good thing you have some style on it, and i hope you keep developing it.
I never thought about the straight line bit on the arms, you make an excellent point on that. The reason the Goomba looks so poor is because I was going to add one so I quickly rushed it, your pointer will definately help me out. I got the majority of the tip on shading, but I'll look out for a shading tutorial. I appreciate the excellent review!
HUHrhm!
There's something odd about the arms, but the colors are delicious!
