On a sidenote, just looking at these twisted characters again makes me wonder if we'll ever see another take on the Mario RPG world from Nintendo, the Mario and Luigi games are great but this one had a pretty unique world.

I was always confused about why Heatman was inside of a "cardboard box" (or at least that's what my first impression was). anyway, the limited palette is great!

Awesomesauce!, I like how they all jump towards the tankmen award as a centerpiece, it actually reminded me of the NG Tank Awards, good times!

Niice, I like how each soldier has a different defeat animation, and it's pretty cool how you used the scale to have 'rounded' characters while still keeping it recognizable as pixel art.
