Cool results; I think the sketchy/hairy lines work pretty well since there's still enough difference of stroke and color to see the whole structure while adding some nice texture to it.

Hahah, great to see Jerry Jackson within the crowd! It would also be fun to have the characters closer and on a similar scale for a 'Where's Waldo' kind of drawing, just an idea, heheh.

it's pretty refreshing to see a recent interpretation of such a classic NG character.
This would be an awesome platformer-shooter game; there's so many possibilities; all of them involving fish of course.

I think it's great when someone takes some tools that are commonly seen as "something done wrong" and makes a good (/justified) use of them in their favour.
I can't recall playing any game with ('intended') anti-aliasing "raw-pixel" visuals, so it would be fun to see how it would work!
(Also it only weights 4.4 kbs!)
